FAQs

 Do I have to make a reservation?
Yes, in order to ensure your date is available, a deposit is required before your date will be reserved.  Cancellations made up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the event will be charged 1/2 the amount of the of the full deposit.   Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the start of the event will be charged the full amount of the deposit.   (Back to Top)

 When is the winery open?
The hours of operation for the winery are group function based-RSVP and depend totally on how the proprietor feels.  The proprietor's mood may be altered by providing cigars and a card game.  (Back to Top)

 What type of recreation is available?

  • Horseshoes (4 pits)
  • Volleyball court with net
  • Basketball (full 1/2 court)
  • Softball field
  • USATF certified running trails (400 meters to one mile trails)

NOTE:  Sports equipment for the above list must be provided by guests  (Back to Top)

 How many people can you accommodate?
As many as you can squeeze on 40 acres or in a 24' x 36' barn!  There are tables and chairs by the barn with seating for 20.  (Back to Top)

 How do I get there?

 What about Parking?
Parking is requested to remain on Stockman's Road to help control dust and protect the site's vegetation.  (Back to Top)

 Is there RV hook up?
Not at this time.  (Back to Top)

 Is there drinking water available?
No drinking water is available.  You must bring your own so be sure to have plenty on hand. Convenience stores are located 10 miles away, in Ash Fork.  (Back to Top)

 What type of restroom facilities are available?
At this time the site includes 4 "environmentally green" toilet facilities, with additional units planned in the near future.  The locations of the free standing primitive outhouses are: two at the softball field bordering the trail system, one at the volleyball area bordering the trail, and one at the horseshoe tournament pit area.  Actual restrooms with running water are conveniently located within 10 miles of the site, in Ash Fork.  (Back to Top)

 Is there handicap access or accommodations?

 What about pets?
Anything on a leash is fine, but don't forget your pooper scooper for cleaning up.  (Back to Top)

 Will I see any wildlife?
No guarantees, but you may see antelope, elk, javelina or ostriches to name a few.  Of course, if your group or family is pretty zany you'll have enough of your own "wildlife".  (Back to Top)
